Our Fabulous Christmas Markets

November and December have been busy markets for us.

Focusing on local, quality and unique art and foods, our market is the perfect location to shop and support our farmers and artists, whilst buying the perfect gift or foods for Christmas.

We now have ponies at our markets, which the children love. It’s a wonderful wander through the park, whilst being guided along, which the children find to be a wonderful experience.

With our bountiful farmer’s breakfast available, it’s an easy way to relax, unwind and yet still complete the Christmas shopping.

Spring in Mildura

A beautiful time in Mildura, where flowers are supreme, the weather perfect and the city abuzz with fabulous events.

Our breakfast showcases the best of stallholder produce and is not only delcious and bountiful but affordable too! There are plenty of chairs and tables, making us the perfect space to enjoy time with family and friends.

As we head towards the Christmas season, our producers bring to you quality produce that can you taste, buy and then enjoy at home. Visit the many Riverfront Boutique Market stalls to see the display from local makers, making gift shopping easy.

Supporting Local Charities

Sunraysia Farmers Market is a not for profit organisation. We certainly understand how challenging it can be for NFP and the important it is to support our fellow NFP’s.

Much time and effort is given by volunteers assisting and helping within the marketplace. Their efforts all contribute to our success, so in turn we give back to the community and other NFP’s.

Recently we were able to make donations to local organisations, including C.H.A,I.L.I.S., Mildura Base Hospital – Foundation (purpose built building to support those receiving treatment and needing accomodation), Lucas Foundation, Chances for Children and Sunraysia Cancer Resources.

Our focus and intent is to continue to build a platform for farmers to sell and patrons to buy, locally farmed and crafted quality produce, whilst continuing to support and donate back to the community.

Quality, Local and Fresh

If you would like to know what you are eating, our farmers can answer any questions you may have.

As a farmer’s market, the person on the stall, is also the grower, maker or producer of the product that is being sold.

Not only are you eating fresh and local, but by shopping at our market, you are supporting farmers. The backbone of our market and community.

Christmas Markets

This year we will have three markets in December (2nd, 16th and then an extra on the 23rd), making it a bigger month for us than normal, with that extra market on the 23rd December for all your Christmas produce needs.

Our Christmas markets are such a wonderful experience. Wander the many stalls, delighting in the handcrafted items. With unique items in gourmet food and artisan craft.

Each market features local music acts and we have our breakfast freshly cooked on the morning. It’s a perfect setting to relax with friends and purchase your food needs and Christmas gifts.

Locally Grown Made or Produced

If you like knowing what is in your food, just talk to our stallholders! They know exactly what is in their product and will proudly tell you how they have grown or produced their quality products.

Our breakfast stall is our showcase of the quality you can produce with the best ingredients. Enjoy a big brekkie, buddha bowl, vegetarian plate, muesli cups, bacon in bread, sausage in bread, egg and bacon roll or add veggies to really make a bumper feed. We cater to most diets, so don’t be afraid to ask!

Our market loves supporting the music industry and features local artists at each market. Relax and enjoy a brekkie and listen to our faboulous local artists.

It’s the start of our bumper market season

With Christmas not so far away, we begin with our bumper pre-Christmas season combined market (with Riverfront Boutique Markets – Mildura).

These markets are not to be missed, where you can see (not only) the finest regional produce, but incredible crafts and locally made giftware by the very talented artists from RBM.

With fantastic music by Blair Bildstein this weekend, it’s sure to create the vibe, as you wander through our many stalls.

Relax, enjoy and unwind this Saturday 4th November 8am-12pm. Don’t forget our farmer’s breakfast!
